About Eli Justice

I am passionate about doing the best job possible and perfecting many skills. I want to be a balanced employee who is constantly learning. Also, I am passionate about striving to be the hardest and best worker, I want my effort to define me as an employee. I am also loyal, I will dedicate myself to one company and do everything I can to contribute positively and efficiently. At Ohio University, my goals are to grow my knowledge, prepare myself for the professional world, and to develop my professional skills. These goals are my main focus and I am going to accomplish all of them as I get closer to graduation. I have also been apart of many things throughout my life such as the Memorial Tournament and the Boy Scouts of America. For the past two years I have volunteered at the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. I have worked jobs such as changing leaderboards and status boards and I have helped with guest services. As for being a part of Scouting, I am now proud to say that I am an Eagle Scout. Overall I am a person who is dedicated to the task at hand and loyal to anything that I am doing and I am looking for a chance to explore the Sport Management business further.
