Eli's entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. While in high school, he launched a niche vinyl record arbitrage business, sourcing rare TMOQ and TAKRL pressings and selling them to collectors worldwide. The venture taught him how to spot hidden value, understand niche markets, and execute consistently under pressure. After relocating to San Luis Obispo in 2023 to attend Cal Poly, Eli began assisting in managing a portfolio of short-term rentals in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles, a job he got through cold-messaging every AirBnB host in the county. He also collaborated with a team of local realtors, focusing on lead-generation strategies, cold-calling, and administrative tasks while pursuing his real estate license. Outside of real estate, Eli enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and listening to great music. A jazz drummer for over a decade, he’s performed at venues across the country, including in Seattle, Alaska, and Los Angeles.
