Ask me 10 years ago if I thought I’d be working in the sports industry and I would’ve said you were crazy. Growing up in Wisconsin though, I loved sports and I knew that if there was a way to work in the sports world, I was going to make it happen! During my journey from an internship to my current role, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best minds in the industry. When breaking down my responsibilities with the Colorado Mammoth, it can be split into these three areas: 1) Coaching: Relentlessly working with our sales and service team members to help them learn and understand the proper sales techniques for selling sports in Denver. 2) Career Development: Whether people on our team are looking to hone their skills or coming here to start from scratch, we do it all! The Colorado Mammoth can be your launching pad to a successful career in the sports business. 3) Sales & Retention Strategy: Design, lead, and implement new full season memberships development, full season retention, partial plans, group sales, and single game sales business strategies to help the team achieve our overall sales goals for the year.
