About Eli Nager

With over 25 years of experience in IT and more than a decade at Greif – a global leader in industrial packaging with over 250 facilities across 37 countries – I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative technology initiatives that span the globe. Since joining Greif in 2013, I’ve been inspired daily by our exceptional leadership, collaborative “People First” culture, and shared commitment to excellence – qualities that have earned Greif repeated recognition near the Top of Newsweek’s annual “Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces ®” and the “Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award”. As Director, Development & Technical Delivery, I lead multiple global teams responsible for the full technical lifecycle of all business applications across the enterprise – from technology & vendor selection and solution design to implementation and operational support. My organization includes Development, Technical Solution Delivery (projects and implementations), Operational Support, IT Integrations, and Greif+ – our Customer Self-Service portal. I’ve successfully led several full-cycle global ERP and enterprise application implementations, overseeing all technical aspects to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned outcomes. My passion lies in building and empowering high-performing & highly engaged teams, fostering innovation, and delivering sustainable solutions that drive real business value.
