About Eli Reeves

I am the Sales & Inventory Manager at Squamish Dodge (FCA Stellantis Canada), where I focus on balancing inventory strategy, sales performance, and customer experience to keep the dealership running at its best. I enjoy understanding the “why” behind how people make decisions and using that insight to improve processes, strengthen teams, and drive better results. With a background in Behavioral Economics, I bring a different perspective to the automotive industry. At Quest University Canada, I wrote a thesis called “Bridging the Intent Gap,” exploring how psychology, policy, and communication intersect to influence behavior. That foundation helps me connect with people, align objectives, and turn strategy into action. I value collaboration, problem-solving, and finding solutions that move things forward. Whether it’s optimizing inventory, supporting a sales team, or helping a customer find the right vehicle, I approach challenges with both analysis and execution in mind. Outside of work, I stay active in my interests in cars, athletics, games and strategy, always looking for ways to learn, improve, and think a few steps ahead.
