About Eli Segal

In the past 26 years, I have performed a wide range of key positions in both the military and civilian industries. I have led international projects engaged in the development of successfully-integrated multidisciplinary products, in which I found innovative, path-breaking solutions, upgrading products to the peak of new worldwide technologies. I believe in technological courage, meeting the precise characterization of customer needs and providing an optimal solution – cost-conscious and advanced. In the course of my work, I have established and managed teams of engineers assigned with planning a product concept, as well as teams of multidisciplinary experts; led process consolidation and design review; mentored junior engineers; served on teams of senior executives; liaised with large strategic customers; worked with system-engineering and production teams; and overseen subcontractors.
