About Eli Weinstein

As an Assistant Director in the film industry for more than 10 years, my role was to support and guide my team to achieve our collective goals. My time as an AD was fulfilling and challenging, but I'm ready to take the next step on a different career path that aligns with my values and life as a new dad. Using my experience and leadership skills that I've accrued over the past decade, I'm looking to empower others, both within my team and the community. My success has hinged on keeping a cool head under pressure and maintaining a sense of calm confidence that others can rely on. I've had to develop strong organizational skills in order to achieve everything on my plate under strict time constraints and continuously find unique solutions to difficult problems.
