I’m passionate about business strategy, human resources, and organizational psychology—fields that allow me to improve workplace performance and enhance employee well-being. Since graduating from Arcadia University with dual degrees in Psychology and Business, I’ve been working full time in a contract role focused on HR and recruiting, where I’ve gained hands-on experience supporting talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness initiatives. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I developed key strengths in leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Balancing academics and athletics sharpened my time management and communication skills—abilities I now apply in a professional setting to collaborate effectively, solve problems, and contribute to team success. I’m excited to keep growing in roles where I can blend people-first thinking with strategic impact.
