About Elif Darcan

Hi there! I’m a graduate of HEC Paris Master’s in Marketing with a passion for blending technology, data, and marketing to create innovative solutions and strategic insights. I graduated with honors from Bilkent University, where I first discovered my interest in digital marketing through internships. I then started my career at NielsenIQ as a Business Analyst, managing global key accounts in home and personal care, before moving to Usersdot as a Digital Brand Strategy Manager, where I worked on strengthening brands’ online performance through insights and strategy. Most recently, I was at L’Oréal Global HQ in Paris as a Global E-Commerce Assistant within the Consumer Products Division, supporting zone and market teams on e-commerce strategy, focusing on portfolio optimization, profitability, search, and consumer insights. Today, I’m continuing my journey at L’Oréal Travel Retail as a Consumer & Market Insight Manager, combining data-driven analysis with strategic thinking to help shape the future of beauty in the travel retail space.
