Short Overview: When I commit to something, I give it my all. This applies to both everyday life and work — I strive for perfection. I'm not afraid of challenges; in fact, I need them to stay highly motivated. I’ve always been curious about a wide range of fields and actively seek opportunities to expand my skill set. I believe that diversity shapes a person into a strong and interesting individual. I'm always open to gaining new knowledge and learning new skills. I have been working in the field of event marketing since 2014. I'm a strong team player and work daily with a wide and diverse network of people. On one side, there's my client — including the CEO who makes financial decisions, their marketing team, advertising agency, event marketing agency, and event equipment provider. On the other side, there's my own company. Internally, I collaborate with our advertising department — designers and advertising editors — as well as with conference program managers responsible for content and project managers who handle logistics. Additionally, I work with external partners such as venue providers, catering services, and technical support teams. My work requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a high level of self-organization. Äripäev organizes over 100 conferences per year, and I manage relationships with more than 200 clients. I must carefully manage my time and resources to ensure the best possible outcome every time.
