About Elijah Beck

After being hired by NWESTCO in 2019, I spent seven years working as a construction laborer and service technician. Throughout my time in the field, I discovered that I truly thrived on the construction side of the industry, which led to my involvement in building and maintaining numerous gas stations and generator sites. As my skills developed, I quickly advanced into a crew lead role. In that position, I took on greater responsibility and began facilitating projects from start to finish.By the end of 2025, I had entered a new chapter of my life—I got married and started a family of my own. With this transition came a desire to be more present at home and create a better balance between my professional and personal life. I realized that stepping away from long hours and extended time out of town was necessary.I began exploring new opportunities within NWESTCO that would allow me to remain close to home while putting my well-rounded people skills and field experience to good use. I have always been passionate about helping customers, and I recognized that my hands-on industry knowledge could bring strong value to the sales and management side of the branch. At the beginning of 2026, NWESTCO opened a position for a Business Development Manager and expressed that I would be an excellent fit. Transitioning into this role will allow me to leverage both my personality and technical expertise to their fullest potential. In this position, I plan to strengthen customer relationships, expand our client base, and support our customers in solving industry challenges while streamlining their operations.
