About Elijah Gallenberg

A communication-driven, relationship-focused, PMP-certified project manager with 3+ years of experience in various disciplines. Currently a Project Management Lead at MN Community Measurement leading end-to-end implementations of our data collection portal, user-acceptance testing for internal enhancements, technical writing & training documentation, and auditing of project management tools & techniques. Coordinates outreach and communication for various projects including system implementations, sponsor and member opportunities, and management of annual conference presentations. Experience with public-facing community health initiatives, public health reports, and has built relationships with various clinical groups and medical organizations within Minnesota. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Communication, I developed an interest in public health and community work, and began working for the local county government before transitioning to the healthcare data space. I find the challenge of tackling unique hurdles and troubleshooting deeply satisfying, and have a particular interest in the human-side of project management. I am an adept presenter, and firmly believe any successful project begins with establishing good relationships. Personally, I am passionate about making an impact on my city and the Minnesota & Midwest area at large. I believe everyone has a role in bettering their community, and I aim to leverage my skills and talents to push for improvements on wellness and basic needs like medical care.
