About Elijah Kessler

I am a member of Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) at Carrier Global Corporation. The ELP is a rotational early-careers program which has given me a wide breadth of exposure across several different fields. In my first rotation I worked as a Project Manager for the Global Product Cybersecurity team based in Atlanta, GA, where I led intern teams to complete cybersecurity-focused projects using Agile methodologies. In my second rotation I worked as a Reliability Engineer in Carrier Transicold's truck and trailer factory based in Athens, GA, where I led cross-functional teams to make design changes to existing products to address problems found in the field and factory and save the business on money lost due to cost of poor quality. In my third rotation, I am currently working as a Software Engineer on Carrier Transicold's Lynx Fleet team, which manages embedded systems on our fleet of refrigerated container units, where I work on end-to-end validation testing to ensure our embedded systems are working as expected. I have strong communication and project management skills, knowledge of up-to-date cybersecurity practices, and a passion for projects focused on data analytics and leveraging artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and differentiate products from competitors. I have previous experience as a QA intern at Cartoon Network Digital, where I tested games in the Unity Game Engine and wrote detailed tickets using Jira production software. I also have experience as a Data Analytics intern at Image Insight where I created scripts in Java to parse through test data and bug-tested software and hardware on Android and iOS operating systems.
