About Elijah Smith

I am currently enrolled in the TCC to FSU program for Sports Management. My goal is to become heavily involved in the sports industry to obtain experience and knowledge while also studying sports medicine. My hopes are to ultimately run a sports academy because my true motivations are taking the youth and motivating and excelling them not only as players but as people. My philosophy on leadership is that even though leaders are born anyone can become a leader given the right time and situation. For leadership class we took the Myers Briggs Personality test, I am an ENTP. From this I found my strengths are being a quick thinker, energetic, and charismatic. I believe that these traits will allow me to go far in the sports industry because being energetic and able to think on your feet will benefit myself and my team members.
