Whether it's helping others solving problems or solving the once in fort of me. I'm experienced with leading projects and people while delivering business results, mostly within multichannel retail, both sales and communication but always in close cross-functional collaboration. I'm more of a generalist and a doer, and create most value when working on a strategic level with aspects of operational work that keeps me learning and developing. I thrive in an environment that moves forward, is open with straight forward communication and lacks bureaucracy but values growth of both people and the business.
