About Elina Rantala

I am currently a fourth-year student in Tampere University, where I study a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. During my studies I have been part of the board of my student assosiation: Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management, Indecs. I was responsible for the international students’ adaption to the local Finnish life and studies. During that year I learned to assist and guide people, to manage groups of people, to plan events for groups of people and to interract fluently with people from different backgrounds. Currently I am working in European Language Jobs as a Sales Support intern. My tasks include analyzing client data and making reports for the clients, posting and fixing job offers, and assisting the sales team in other everyday tasks they have. Additionally I'm helping with a recruitment project where my responsibilities are contacting suitable candidates via text, email and phone and handling the candidate database. I am interested in working on making the world a better place step by step. I have a strong work ethic and I always aim for the optimal outcome. I have strong background in customer service, supervising and sales.
