About Eliot Tousson

Eliot Tousson is a Program Director with over 25 years of experience in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Services industries. He began his career in 1989 with the GE Power Systems Field Engineering program. He spent the next 10 years working internationally for GE - engineering, implementing, retrofitting, maintaining, and repairing Gas Turbine systems in Power Generation and/or Gas Compression Applications. Many of these projects involved substantial EPC work-scopes. He transitioned into O&M project management in where he executed O&M agreements for several Combined Cycle (CC) projects, in addition to implementing the O&M agreement for the first GE MS9001H CC Power Plant in Wales – this was the first implementation of a Gas Turbine with steam cooled rotating and stationary components (540 MW on a single shaft with 60% efficiency). He also managed the global TM2500 Program (trailer mounted LM2500) for GE Energy Rentals in 2002, which resulted in his promotion as the Global Customer Quality Master Black Belt & Quality Assurance Director for GE Oil & Gas from 2003 – 2004. Eliot created/directed the Master Service Agreements & Quality programs for Wood Group Gas Turbine Services from 2007- 2010. During his employment with ProEnergy Services (2010 – 2012), he created a scalable and measurable corporate Commercial Program covering twelve distinct lines of business. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with an MBA with focus on Quality Management & International Business. Additionally, Eliot is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
