I am a specialist Chancery barrister who practices exclusively in the field of property and estates. My practice is focused on contentious and non-contentious trusts matters; contentious probate claims, and inheritance and estate litigation. I also conduct property and affairs cases in the Court of Protection.That's the formal description. In practice, I deal with problematic trusts and estates, particularly those where there are allegations of fraud, forgery or undue influence; Inheritance Act claims, all sorts of trusts matters and anything in that approximate sphere that defies ready categorisation. I like a challenge, don't shy away from a fight if that's what's needed, and am always open to discussing a case informally if there's some scheming to be done. When I'm not working, I enjoy cycling, converting money into carbon fibre (those two tend to go hand in hand), photography and outdoor cookery.
