About Elisa Danzi

Hi, I am Elisa, a student of the master Trade and Consumer Marketing at the University of Parma. I define myself as a globe-trotter foodie, as traveling has always been to me as a way of unravelling the culinary identity of different cultures. Besides that, I am particularly fascinated by the topics of plant-based nutrition, sustainability of the food chain and protein transition. I dream of a world where consumers act in a way that respects themselves and the environment, caring about their well-being, making conscious purchasing choices and eating sustainably. When it comes to challenges, I make every effort to achieve the goal! I do feel satisfied when I manage to complete a project completely on my own strength, but at the same time I am genuinely enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds. My organizational abilities, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and precision, make me particularly passionate about events managing, planning and execution.
