About Elisa Farri

I am passionate about the transformative power of Generative AI and how it is reshaping management, strategy, innovation, and organizational change. As Vice President at Capgemini Invent’s Management Lab, I focus on helping leaders unlock the full potential of AI to drive smarter decision-making, foster innovation, and prepare their organizations for the future of work. My work explores how leaders can leverage AI not just as a tool, but as a collaborator in their daily job. I regularly contribute to top-tier management publications, including Harvard Business Review (HBR.org), Harvard Business Review Italia, Harvard Business Review Turkey, Forbes, Rotman Management, and The European Business Review, where I share insights on leadership, AI, and digital transformation. In addition to writing, I am a frequent guest speaker at international management conferences and academic seminars, where I engage with business leaders and academics on the evolving intersection of AI and management. Recognized by Thinkers50 Radar, I am committed to driving thought leadership and practical solutions that help managers, at all levels, thrive in the era of AI. Exciting News! My book, HBR Guide to Generative AI for Managers, co-authored with Gabriele Rosani, is available in bookstores. This guide will help leaders go beyond the basics of AI, providing actionable strategies to integrate Generative AI into everyday management practices and transform the way they work.
