About Elisa Fedeli

Born and grown up in the countryside around Milan in the agricultural company my family founded, sorrounded by cows and fields of rice and corn. Master degree in Biomedical Engineering @Politecnico di Milano 1 year in Boston working on a research project for my Master Thesis @Harvard Medical School - despite the amazing experience, at that time I realised my dream was not to be a biomedical engineer for the rest of my life 5years at IBM iX starting with the 2-years Graduate Program for young professionals during which I was the Focal Point between the Grad’s community and the top management team. I worked as PM and functional analyst on different client projects especially focusing on mobile app development, working with clients from the presale phase and the design of the solution to its implementation and maintenance, mainly working combining agile and combining agile and human-centered approach. I joined MAIZE in sept 2022 since I was fascinated not only by the approach to innovative projects, but above all by the company culture of total transparency, collaboration, attention to people's attitudes as well as the people I would be working with. During my first year @MAIZE I worked in a big organisational design project in the luxury industry; the aim of the project was to help the client finding a new way of working to support timely delivery without compromising quality, cross-functional collaboration, and interaction with external providers. We created with them an agile faculty program, designed in phases where a Scrum team develops a digital product and the overall organisational structure supports new delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration. My career path @MAIZE has been characterised by projects in which I help companies to be competitive by working on innovative projects related to business design, change management and agile coaching. I love creating connections among different people, either while working and in my free time especially when backpacking around.
