About Elisa Haggarty

My personal mission is to create work environments where psychological safety, trust and play are woven into the fabric of the company. The word "corporation" in Latin means,"body of people" and my work is about making companies more human. As a Coach, my work considers the role that emotions and radical responsibility contribute to individual and team dynamics by creating experiential programs that foster connection and growth. Consultants and coaches notoriously miss the mark when it comes to the role that psychological safety, emotional agility and soft skill development plays and my work fills this gap. I am most successful working with leaders and teams who understand the value in investing in themselves and their people. I believe in putting humans first and ensuring that all creative and operational projects begin with conscious awareness and curiosity. My greatest asset is having a pulse for the people, advocating for their needs to learn and grow and work cross collaboratively with leaders to elevate the culture of the company. My career path has traversed a diverse demographic and various spaces. From being a classroom literature teacher, an entrepreneur, to starting and scaling a medical start up and consulting and coaching leaders to embrace new behaviors to improve their health, I’ve become intimate with how change can slow or bolster individual and team success.
