I help busy, exhausted women simplify their nutrition with joy, so they can find clarity, feel amazing in their body, and gain energy to fuel their passion for impactful work. I created 14 Carrots because I wish this method had been available to me while I was climbing the corporate ladder and before I hit my third round of burnout. Exhausted, uninspired, and without much time on my hands, I turned to fad diets and caffeine without actually knowing my body's needs. Everything I tried was focused on taking things away from my diet, when what I really needed was more nutrition to fuel my best self. I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach in my 40s once I discovered there could be a better way.
