Whether it's a sweaty club at 3am or a global streaming platform, I love figuring out how music connects people. Currently at Dekmantel, one of the world's most influential electronic music platforms, reimagining how the festival of the future will feel, sound and look like. Before that, I worked for Apple Music, where I brought editorial strategy to life across Benelux, Spain and Portugal, translating local music scenes into global discovery moments. Earlier, I also made my dreams come true by programming De School, a defining venue in Amsterdam's music scene that still influences my work today. Specialized in music curation, cross-functional project coordination, and cultural research & analysis. Passionate about storytelling, managing relationships, and enabling creative projects to thrive. As a community-driven professional, I've built long-lasting relationships with artists, agencies, record labels, distributors, venues, and festivals, nurturing a diverse network of collaborators across the global music landscape. With a proven record in trend forecasting and cultural insight, I'm skilled at interpreting contemporary culture, scouting and developing talent, and translating emerging movements into editorial strategy. A passionate advocate for the valuable connecting role that arts and culture play in society. Graduated from a Master's degree in Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship at Erasmus University.
