With over 20 years of experience as a bilingual communications consultant and Learning & Development specialist, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals and teams. For me, coaching and facilitating have never felt like "work"—they are opportunities to inspire, support, and drive meaningful growth. My expertise lies in leadership coaching, training, and cultivating a growth mindset. I have championed numerous Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring workplaces foster psychological safety and inclusivity. Throughout my career, I have facilitated communication skills workshops across a variety of sectors, including financial institutions, government organizations, non-profits, artistic companies, and universities. As a team leader, I am known for my keen sense of observation, empathy, and unwavering commitment to inclusive practices. Beyond corporate settings, I have an extensive background in television, film, and theatre production—as a researcher, content producer, television/radio host, and actor. Among my most meaningful projects, I produced a documentary program highlighting Indigenous teenagers' lives and stories.
