About Elisa Seith

I am a project manager and strategy lead with 8+ years experience in risk management, data analytics, sustainability and geopolitics. This includes positions a staff officer NATO HQ in Brussels, principal solutions consultant in a Climate Risk start-up, in academia and various volunteering projects. I combine subject matter expertise in the fields of climate change climate risk disclosure (CSRD, EUT, TCFD) sustainability consulting carbon literacy geopolitics security & defence with a passion for strategy development, problem solving, ‍data analytics and visualisation. It is important to me to show leadership in cross-functional teams and advance the power of culture at my work place. Trying to grow the importance of DEI work in any setting, whilst constantly learning about my own biases and knowledge-gaps in that field. Other than that, I love the outdoors and my Bavarian mountains (my selfish motivation to fight climate change is to still be able to go skiing in the alps when I‘m half a cyborg in 2085)
