Extensive experience in advising Italian and international pharmaceutical companies, private and public research institutions, start-ups, university spin-offs, SMEs and accelerators on IP strategies, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications, filing of Italian SPC applications, management of large patent portfolio, revision and drafting of material transfer, assignment and license agreements, support in negotiations, provision of legal opinions on patentability, patent validity, infringement, freedom to operate and of patent due diligence and patent portfolio analysis. I acted as an expert appointed by the parties (“CTP”) and I was involved in patent, SPC and plant variety litigations in Italy.
