How do you bring out the best in an organization? This is for me the main driving force and fascination. It is a question to which the answer will be different for each organization and always remains in motion, but at the same time is so important to keep working on. My experience ranges from organizational change (structure, culture, housing), leadership development, strategic HR policy, quality of processes, finance & business control, IT, management information, risk management to governance and more. Everything about behavioral patterns, organizational development and entrepreneurship fascinates me. I continuously work on my own mindset and approach issues from multiple angles.
