I am an experienced science communicator with a BSc in Neuroscience and Chemistry and an MSc in Neuroscience. As a Manager of HEOR at EVERSANA, I help identify, communicate, and demonstrate the value of pharmaceutical and medical device products through various mediums, including value briefs, speaker decks, manuscripts, clinical summaries, and models. I spearhead the AI initiative within my service line, leading a small team to ensure AI use aligns with company guidelines and remains up to date. I work closely with IT and legal teams to develop AI-driven applications that enhance work efficiencies while ensuring compliance. My technical experience includes developing AI-powered web apps with Shiny, using RStudio for data visualization and statistical analyses, and building Microsoft PowerApps to support field teams in communicating model findings to stakeholders more effectively. I also have experience adapting global cost-effectiveness models to the Canadian healthcare landscape and developing budget impact models to support reimbursement submissions. My work focuses on advancing market access initiatives, supporting pharmaceutical product launches, and contributing to healthcare decision-making.
