About Elise Featherstone

As a program manager at WestJet, I lead the image and uniform programs for over employees across the organization. With more than fifteen years of experience in the airlines and aviation industry, I have developed a passion for creating and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the brand identity and customer experience of WestJet. My core competencies include large group facilitation, communication, relationship building, change management, and leadership. I have successfully managed multiple projects involving stakeholder engagement, relationship building, vendor selection, budget allocation, and policy development. I have also contributed to the recruitment, training, and evaluation of image and uniform consultants and ambassadors. In addition, I am actively pursuing a certificate in project management from SAIT, and I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge in the field of circular fashion and sustainability. I equally have a passion for the outdoors and survived 21 days in the jungles of Colombia on Discovery Channels Naked & Afraid, Season 17- Episode 3 “Colombian Cave Women”
