My 20-year career so far, summed up in one word: Journey. The path I've taken has been a winding one. After wrangling various roles – from restaurant management to retail, warehouse operations to quality control, project management to training, and now in HR and talent management – my skillset is grounded in a foundation of diverse experiences which left me prepared for any obstacle on the trail. The one constant through it all has been my focus on leadership and talent development. I am seasoned in fostering tight-knit teams and pushing boundaries for top-notch results, all while making sure everyone feels valued and supported. I also have a knack for crafting thoughtful strategies to unleash potential, reduce waste, and drive success.
