Experienced nursing professional with over 12 years of diverse experience across education, clinical practice, and leadership roles. I am currently serving as a Nursing Educator at GOTAFE, where I deliver high-quality instruction to Diploma of Nursing students, aligning the curriculum with industry standards and fostering a supportive learning environment. I previously held the role of Team Leader Operations in the Health and Community sector, overseeing team coordination, staff management, and ensuring smooth departmental operations. I have also enjoyed planning and teaching in vocational education, having delivered qualifications to high school students participating in VET in Schools programs, fostering the development of practical skills and career pathways for future professionals.In addition, I have over 15 years extensive clinical experience in various settings, including perioperative, district nursing, aged care, and both medical and surgical nursing. My expertise extends to writing and content development, having worked with Cengage Australia recently to update and revise clinical nursing content for contemporary practice. Passionate about patient care, staff development, and advancing nursing education, I am committed to contributing to the health sector through continuous learning and collaboration. Recently, I have developed a blossoming passion for women's health and am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in this area to make a positive impact on women's healthcare.
