About Elise Plissonneau

Senior HR Project manager, I am looking for new business opportunities with 100% energy and motivation! I enjoy developing new skills, exploring new tools (currently, all the AI-related ones!) and exploring new professional domains. With my strong communication and language skills, I easily adapt to new work environments. I thrive in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, constantly learning and taking on new professional challenges. In my previous role as an Senior Project Manager at Afdas in Paris, I managed the Jobs and Skills Observatory of the Cultural and Creatives industries for several years. I designed and developed a wide variety of HR tools and resources such as training solutions, profession/competence/certification referential, data portraits and prospective publications. I always focused on communicating efficiently these results through interactive websites and easy-to-read publications. I am eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that will allow me to use my HR project management skills and experience in diverse and dynamic settings. If you want to collaborate with me, please reach out to me!
