As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to empowering individuals through evidence-based, trauma-informed care. My professional journey encompasses diverse roles in outpatient and acute settings, where I've provided crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and comprehensive case management for adults facing severe and persistent mental illnesses. My therapeutic approach is rooted in modalities such as EMDR, EFT, ACT, CBT, DBT, and ExRP, allowing me to tailor interventions that address the unique needs of each client. In doing so, I work to help clients achieve their goals and support holistic growth across psychological, relational, and community engagement areas.
