Elise is a skilled facilitator and trainer, systems thinker, communicator, and collaborator. They love building new things and helping them become the best thing they can be. They're always looking for what needs to change in order to make something more efficient, effective, or equitable. Elise is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Director of OkaySo, a nonprofit using technology to build a space where young people can have honest conversations about sex, relationships, and identity with experts they can trust. Since launch, OkaySo has had over conversations with people across the United States. Elise is a 2024 Ashoka Fellow, a 2022 Roddenberry fellow, a Startup Leadership Fellow, and is featured in the book Leap Frog: The New Revolution for Women Entrepreneurs, by Nathalie Molina Niño.
