I'm Elisha, a purpose-driven individual on a mission to contribute significantly and harness my full potential to impact the world positively. Drawing strength from my resiliency and positive energy, I thrive in competitive, results-oriented environments that push everyone to achieve their best. My passion for youth leadership has been a driving force throughout my career, with a dynamic five-year journey at AIESEC, the world's largest youth-led organization. There, I honed my skills in business development, international operations, and facilitation, impacting over youths across 30+ conferences in 15 Middle East and African countries. Beyond AIESEC, I've championed gender equality as a Volunteer Support Advisor at Crossroads International, a Canadian-based organization. In Tanzania, I was pivotal as the StartUp Community Manager at Ennovate Hub and Innovation Consultant at Starthub Africa in Uganda, fostering innovation in one of the region's most significant hubs. Currently pursuing my Masters in Sustainability International Agriculture in Germany, I'm making waves at Terratalent. I support German employers in recruiting talent from Africa. Recently elected as the External Relations Director for FAYI (Food and Agriculture Youth Initiative), I'm excited to steer initiatives that drive positive change in food and agriculture. When not immersed in work, you'll find me exploring new destinations, navigating cities, indulging in comedy and Netflix series, or enjoying quality time with close pals.
