About Elisha Ross

My work experience spans 25 years throughout military and civilian fields. I have been working since I was a teenager, where I developed an in-exhaustible work ethic in manual labor jobs. When I joined the military, I was able to experience working with and people from all walks of life. These people, whom I was privileged to meet, made my career in the military a positive life-enriching experience. After working 20 years in varying positions, I realized that what gives me the most job satisfaction is developing and leading teams, especially in demanding enterprises. I love to learn, and I love to travel, because of this I have sought out many opportunities that others may shun. My experiences have kept my mind sharp and my heart open. These attributes are critical in managing people. Over two decades I have developed my management skills, with a focus on creating a workplace that is safe, where everyone carries their own weight, everyone feels welcome, and everyone takes pride in their product and team. I pride my-self in the ability to quickly learn and evaluate systems and processes. Developing ways to streamline them, in order to boost production while simultaneously improving the satisfaction of employees, customers and employers. I provide expert level training, care and support to my product, the employee. Each employee has a product, but the manager's product is the employee. Employee job satisfaction directly influences productivity, safety, and retention. Good management is the most important metric in job satisfaction. Any good manager knows, understands, and cares for their employees. I have a passion for management, through management I have been able to positively influence the lives of over one-thousand employees and thousands of customers. I know that wherever I go in life I will take care of my team, they will take care of the product and together we will take care of the customers. Military- 20 years Aviation Mechanic, Quality Control, Production Manager, Personnel Manager, Aircraft / Crew Crash Recovery Leader, Safety Inspector, Equipment Trainer, Heavy Equipment Trainer, Maintenance Manager, Mechanical Instructor, Environmental Inspector, Weapons Instructor, Primary Trainer and Specialized Equipment Instructor. Management- 10 years Over a thousand employees total, across multiple career specialties. Operations Manager- 1 year For an Aviation Corporation employing 534 personnel and billions of dollars of equipment.
