About Elisha Weber

I believe that effective management goes beyond overseeing tasks; it's about listening, caring, and supporting your team, both in their professional roles and personal growth. My career journey began in 2018 as a dispatcher at U.S Xpress, where I had the privilege of working with skilled colleagues who mentored me in the logistics industry. After two years, I transitioned to J.B. Hunt Transport, where I served as a Transportation Manager II on an Amazon account. In this role, I managed a fleet of 25 drivers and gained valuable insights from a dedicated team. In January 2021, I accepted the challenge of starting a new account for Target, covering eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City. I began with a team of 2 office staff and 18 truck drivers, eventually overseeing 5 office staff, 14 trucks, and 25 drivers within a year. My responsibilities extended beyond people management to encompass financial management, capacity outsourcing, and payroll. Under my leadership, our account became one of the most financially successful in the northeast region, earning us the "Account of the Year" award at the 2023 Corporate Kickoff event. Additionally, I received the "MVP of the Year" and the "Northeast Regional Customer Value Delivery Award." I am deeply passionate about my work and grateful for the colleagues who have supported me on this journey.
