I’m a Senior Recruitment Specialist, Headhunter & Project Manager at PRODENSA, helping companies across Europe hire talent in IT, Engineering, Digital Marketing and Sales/BD. My work blends end-to-end recruitment, talent outsourcing, project coordination, market research and social media support — always with the goal of connecting the right people with the right opportunities. At PRODENSA, we partner with companies (scale-ups and big corporates) across multiple industries — IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, telecom, pharma, energy, supply-chain and more — to build flexible teams, optimize HR operations, and support global hiring and expansion. My background in languages and customer-facing roles taught me strong communication, adaptability and a people-first mindset.
