I'm a seasoned wordsmith with nearly two decades of experience crafting powerful and engaging content on behalf of tech companies.I launched my professional career as a technical writer at 21, sitting side-by-side with engineers who explained complex technical concepts that I transformed into easy-to-use manuals and guides for the lay person. I'm extremely skilled at making technical information easy to understand for international audiences.At 23, I moved overseas and began my career in marketing writing, seamlessly integrating into culturally diverse teams while honing a keen expertise in crafting powerful marketing communications. Projects spanned from websites and landing pages to case studies, white papers, e-books and beyond. At 29, I launched Winning Content, my freelance professional writing and editing business through which I engaged with dozens of tech companies in the US and Israel, helping them elevate the way they communicate across platforms.I was recruited by Waze (Google) to write user communications including push notifications, in-app messaging and emails that delighted millions of people. This transition brought me to the world of product and UX writing, where I feel incredibly inspired and at home. I'm a word nerd who gets lit up by the challenge of crafting language that best serves businesses and the audiences they're communicating with-and I'm many more things, too. I have solid design instincts and am passionate about creating smooth and intuitive user journeys. I'm fascinated by AI and where it's taking us, and love leveraging its capabilities to augment my work. I have a huge emotional IQ that fuels my empathy-driven approach both in the way I collaborate with my colleagues and in the way I design user-centered copy. I create community wherever I go, and thrive in personal and professional settings where I get to collaborate with others. And I love baking and playing the guitar, so let's eat cupcakes and jam.
