Chemical & Process Engineer | Clean Room Management | Project Management | Team Leadership I’m a Chemical Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in Clean Room Management, cross-company Project Leadership, and process optimization across the semiconductor, biotech, and manufacturing industries. In my current role at Cielo Inertial Solutions, I specialize in full-scope Clean Room Management — overseeing: The preparation and execution of annual and quarterly production plans Responsibility for annual and semi-annual employee performance reviews Driving day-to-day production excellence, troubleshooting, and process improvement in cleanroom environments. Beyond cleanroom operations, I’ve also led numerous cross-functional projects — from new technology implementation and production scale-ups to cross-department coordination and employee training — always ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to production. Throughout my career — including roles at Intel, AHAVA, Insight Biopharmaceuticals, Sigma Aldrich — I’ve combined technical knowledge with strategic leadership, helping teams and companies achieve operational goals efficiently. I believe real success comes from the intersection of structured processes, strong teamwork, and proactive problem-solving — especially in high-precision environments like cleanrooms and advanced manufacturing.
