Background

About Eliza Bennett

I’m a higher education professional driven by a deep commitment to equity, access, and student success. After completing my undergraduate studies in Political Science at the University of Rochester, I transitioned into a full-time career in higher education—returning to the very environment that shaped so much of who I am. My passion lies in creating meaningful opportunities for all students, especially those who have historically been underserved or overlooked. Whether it’s through admissions work, programming, or one-on-one advising, I’m focused on creating supportive and inclusive spaces where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. My experiences as both a student and now a professional have reinforced my belief that education can be a powerful tool for change, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field, advocating for access, and helping students reach their fullest potential.
