About Eliza Rosca

In everything I do, I'm driven by the passion to learn something new or improve existing skills while also helping other do the same. In the last few years, I've been focused on honing my managerial and leadership skills while combining this with my love for technology and technical research. I also really enjoy helping others improve their skills in their particular area of interest or knowledge and teaching them to develop their own new skills. I've learned how take difficult decisions, how to keep a team's performance up through easy and rough times, I've helped people grow and move to their next experience and learned through trial and error that there's always room to learn something new from anyone and anything. Skills and experience gained: • understanding the big picture, adapting to it and creating strategies • helping people learn more and grow by sharing my knowledge and passion • being available off hours when needed • strong communication skills with teams and individuals (adapting based on the character and personality of the person I'm interacting with) • experience with taking tough decisions when needed • technical background (SQL, HTML, CSS)- helped me in assisting my team with technical research and having the big picture from a technical side too • KPIs oriented (maintained lowest SLA in Playtika for 3 and a half years, implemented the first chatbot with multiple scenarios in Playtika, onboarding and training a team from another country, research tutorials and manuals for CS Specialists) • creating a database of tutorials for the team regarding research needed in CS
