I enjoy working with other people, especially those from other cultures. While employed at Jostens in Owatonna, MN I worked with the international sales representatives. My job required me to work independently with the sales agents to set up and manage new accounts. It also required excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Because I never spoke to some sales agents over the phone, all communication took place over e-mail, which requires me to be very exact and detail oriented in my correspondence. I am also very organized as this is essential in maintaining accuracy and being efficient while multitasking within a limited time frame. As a Customer Service Representative in the College Sales division at Jostens, I sold class rings to callers looking to purchase a college class ring. I also work well with others and enjoy a challenge.
