About Elizabeth Cage

I’ve collected an eclectic array of skills and experiences. I have been a writer, an event planner, a media manager; I have worked in the best bicycle shop in Sydney and been a tour guide in real life and on-line. I’ve worked for big organisations – like The White House and Major League Baseball, and small organisations on their way to becoming something big – like the Women’s March, GoGet Carshare, and HeyGo virtual tours. Along the way I have also pedalled some + km as a solo bicycle tourist and am absolutely certain that the best way to see the world is on a bicycle. I’m especially keen to connect with people working in bicycle tourism and other types of responsible, active travel. I’m also interested in the role this kind of tourism can play in supporting regional and remote economies. To that end, I’d also love to connect with people working in tourism development in the smaller places a bit off the beaten track, and preferably with plenty of quiet country roads which might be a delight to ride.#sustainabletourism #responsibletourism #activetourism #bicycletourism
