For 20+ years I have expertly navigated the most complex enterprise accounts to drive success in sell to, sell through and sell with relationships for the largest global technology clients. I cultivate deep relationships at all levels across the customer’s business to effectively advocate and execute on behalf of the client, while keeping laser focused on revenue objectives.I collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the globe to define and execute in-country sales strategies, while simultaneously fostering executive alignment at the highest levels. I continuously mentor and coach matrix sales team colleagues to help them achieve individual satisfaction, while leading a synchronized effort that drives team success.My superpower is simultaneously juggling dozens of relationships in multiple accounts, knowing precisely what is going on with each at any given time, and never letting anything fall through the cracks. At times I feel like a puppet master, pulling one string or another to influence and advance strategic relationships.Some of my greatest pride is in the work I’ve done to promote and advance diversity, equity and inclusion for women peers and people of color. A decade ago, I championed DEI initiatives as a steering committee member for Vodafone Americas and continue this focus today as a founding member of BT Americas Ethnic Diversity Network.
