I’m a process engineer with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, specializing in plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), film characterization, and failure analysis. My work is driven by a passion for materials science and a commitment to continuous improvement and quality control. I’ve led efforts in defect reduction, nitride deposition protocol development, and process optimization in cutting edge environments. My strongest achievements include doubling capacity at Texas Instruments in a project that required collaboration across the photolithography, plasma etch, and thin film deposition teams, and streamlining factory ramp communications using Microsoft Project. At Qore Performance, I helped develop in-house production methods by advising on materials and I also aided in resolving critical product issues. I thrive in collaborative and solution-focused teams and am always looking to drive towards efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.
