A results-driven leader with proven experience developing, managing, and retaining high-performing teams for organizations seeking to advance mission objectives. Beth Ehrhardt, led Senior Charity Care Foundation from 2012-2021 as President and assumed the interim development director position in October 2021 through April 2022. Beth obtained her Masters in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri in 1977; Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Fundraising School in 2010; Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Utah in 2012; and Certificate in Financial Management from the University of Utah in 2012. She is a 2018 Graduate, Goldman Sachs Small Businesses. She has 40 years of management and fundraising experience. Beth has worked in health care all of her career except for a three-year stint at the YWCA Salt Lake City. Her health care experiences have been in hospital social work departments, hospices, and home care agencies. At Senior Charity Care Foundation, as the President, she established and led teams to provide mobile dental (starting in 2015) and mobile vision services (starting in 2019) She has received numerous awards including: 1990 Iowa Hospital Social Work Director of the Year; 2019 Informed Decision Maker Recipient, Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, University of Utah David Eccles School of Business; 2019 AARP Purpose Prize Fellow; and the 2020 The George H.W. Bush Points of Light Inspiration Honor Roll. From 1985-1992 she was an adjunct professor first at the University of Northern Iowa and then at Buena Vista College teaching social work classes at the Bachelor level and has taught various workshops, presented posters and participated in the 2021 panel, hosted by AARP for the ASA national convention.
