About Elizabeth Fifield

As a Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in customer service and sales, I have developed an understanding of what it takes to build and maintain strong client relationships. My diverse background and experiences have helped me navigate different client personalities and needs, ensuring that each client feels heard, valued, and understood. I’ve excelled at identifying client needs, not just in their financial portfolio but also their estate, insurance and tax planning. Based on our conversations I’m able to educate the client on these complex and intimidating topics and break it down to a basic level for their understanding. I leverage other experts and bring them into the conversation to close these gaps and better assist the clients. My strategy not only tackles immediate needs but future anticipated needs fostering a long-term relationship and loyalty. My approach is proactive and personal, to regularly check-in and personalize the client experience. I have successfully managed a portfolio of high value accounts resulting in a 95% retention rate. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts to deliver solutions to any complex issues that may arise. Working with these teams I’ve been exposed and have assisted with retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, small business, non-profit, and have been exposed to complex investment situations such as options and alternative investments. In each scenario I’ve acted as a liaison to ensure a positive client experience. Continuous improvement is at the heart of my professional ethos. I regularly seek out professional development opportunities and educational opportunities.
