About Elizabeth Flagler

With a new day comes new strength and new thoughts.” - Eleanor Roosevelt. As an accomplished strategic communications professional, I have a proven track record of leading internal and external innovative communication programs and providing business executives with strategic counseling on engaging with their audiences. My communications career began after meeting the Chief of Staff at Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) for a networking interview. Although I was in sales at the time, I was thankful to be given the opportunity to lead LIPA’s communications campaigns and promote their programs to multiple audiences. I then moved on to serve as the Head of Internal and External Communications on behalf of PSEG Long Island. Throughout my 9-year tenure, I have led efforts to cultivate relationships with internal employees and external media outlets. My greatest strength as a leader is recognizing the value everyone brings to the table and weathering any storm or crisis. I am resilient and strive to be the best version of myself in every situation. For additional inquiries, please email me at eflagler2@gmail.com.
